ComFest

A Centre for Leadership Excellence & Experiential Learning

The Department of Commerce at Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Rajkiya Mahila Snatkottar Mahavidyalaya fosters holistic and experiential learning through its flagship academic platform, the Commerce Club “ComFest.”

With an approved intake of 120 students in the B.Com programme, the club is strategically designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application by organizing a wide spectrum of academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities throughout the academic session.

Student Governance Structure

To ensure effective functioning and active student engagement, the Commerce Club operates through a well-defined student governance structure. This creates a participative, student-driven, and efficiently managed academic environment.

Committee Body Roles & Responsibilities
Commerce Departmental Committee Selected from each class for key leadership roles including President, Vice-President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Members. Provides students with valuable opportunities to develop leadership and managerial competencies.
Student Management Team A dedicated task force responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities and events conducted throughout the academic year. Fosters a sense of responsibility and collaboration.
Faculty In-charge Dr. Vishal Verma, overseeing the academic leadership, strategic direction, and overall functioning of the club.
